The Philharmonic 0.999 silver round is minted by Austrian Mint in Vienna, introduced in 2008. The silver coin is the first silver bullion coin that is denominated in euros and it bears a stated value of €1.50. The design of this coin is inspired by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. On one side of the coin there is a design of numerous musical instruments and the other side features the great organ in the Golden Hall in Vienna's Musikverien.
